How do I get started with Orion APIs?

Getting started is simple: choose a service, complete payment via Flutterwave, and receive your API key within minutes via email. No lengthy signup process or credit card required for the Starter tier. You can start making API calls immediately using our comprehensive documentation.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and USSD payments through our secure Flutterwave integration. This includes local Nigerian bank transfers, mobile money in supported African countries, and international card payments.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes! You can upgrade your plan at any time, and the new pricing will be prorated for the remainder of your billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Simply contact our support team or manage your subscription through your dashboard.

Is my data secure with your APIs?

Absolutely. We use bank-grade TLS encryption for all API communications. For sensitive services like Legal Document Review, we implement zero data retention — your documents are processed in memory and never stored on our servers. We're working toward SOC 2 Type II compliance.

Do you offer refunds?

What is the API rate limit?

Starter plans include a generous quota (50-500 requests depending on the service) with a rate limit of 10 requests per minute. Pro and Bundle plans have unlimited requests with a rate limit of 100 requests per minute. Need more? Contact us for enterprise pricing.

Do you offer enterprise or custom solutions?
